Mr. Hassan Abdulmalik is an Architectural Engineer with a higher degree in construction management, who has 14-years of experience. During the first 8-years of which, he was an engineer of the Building Engineering Department of Ministry Of Municipal Affairs & Agriculture, and the work experience was in the Contract Administration, construction and Site Supervision of a variety of Projects, such as Housing Development, Hospitals, Clubs, Schools and others. During this period, he became acquainted with all aspects related to the supervision and planning of the various construction activities, approval of materials and shop drawings, evaluation of payment and variation order. During the next 4-years of his total working experience (07/1997-09/2001), he has filled the position of General Manager of Qatar Real Estate Investment Company (Qatari Shareholder Company).
In addition to the academic background in the Construction Management obtained during the Master Degree, he has gained an experience which covered higher management issues, such as planning for organizations structure and Project tasks, developing management concepts applicable to the area of engineering, decision making, controlling, managing Projects during construction, maintenance issues, negotiating Contract and Contract value, developing client need and design, drafting Contracts for Contractors and Consultants firms, disscussing Lease Contracts and Legal issues, financing pProjects by obtaining the required funds for Projects through Local and Foreign Banks.
Within the last 2-years of his working experience, he explored a different side of the contruction industry. During this period he has lead a trading and contracting company with the position of General Manager, which offered an opportunity to practice contracting experience, setting up new organization, financing and executing Project, securing and managing human resources, and developing strategic plans with execution.

The Project consist of (823) Housing Units, Mosques, Clubs, Shopping Area, Elevated Water tank together with infrastructure scheme comprising Roads, Sewage Systems, Electrical and Telephone Network, Storm Water System, Fire Fighting, Furniture, Landscaping, etc..
The above Project was divided into two phases of which the first is divided into (6) construction Contracts Packages executed simultaneously. The second phase consisted of another (5) Contract Packages.
